I arrived at the Eddyville office about an hour early for my appointment, hoping that if Donnie wasn’t real busy then maybe I could get in early. He was busy but still he was able to work me in between two of his appointments. He cleaned my hearing aids and repaired one and adjusted them for me in a very timely manner. Donnie is super nice and very knowledgeable and helpful.

So grateful for Donnie and Heather at Audibel Paducah! They made the entire process seamless for my dad to get his much needed hearing aids! The process from hearing test to insurance approval and the devices coming in was only a few weeks! Donnie will work with you to set up the app on your phone and if you aren’t technology friendly he helps you understand it and keep the process as simple as possible! Heather was so wonderful to work with on setting up the appointments! She was understanding of all our scheduling needs! They are a kind and compassionate company and their office functions well. We came to them on reference from other friends who have had wonderful customer service! Donnie has said he will help with any hearing issue we have and he shared great tips on how to care for the case and batteries and to make sure we let him know if we need anything! This was the same recommendation our pastor gave us as well when he shared about Donnie and Audibel! Best place in Paducah!

Wow!! I am always impressed with the service and genuine caring that Mr. Baker gives my mother and my mother-in-law. His product is fantastic and his service is also. Great person and very knowledgeable about hearing and is product. Before my father passed away we tried two different types of hearing aides and did not have the 1/4 of the service and care that Audibel Hearing of Paducah and Mr. Baker provides.
